Global Chief Executive Officer - Property Funds Management

They were keen to run the assignment initially as a pure research exercise with a view to assessing the global talent pool. We conducted a rigorous research exercise specifically focused on the European, Asian and Australian property fund management markets.
We presented the client with an overview of the leadership teams of all relevant organisations across these geographies which was supported with intelligent market comment allowing us to put prospective candidates into context. We assessed the mobility of relevant and qualified individuals and presented our research finding to our client within five weeks of being mandated.
As a result of our research findings, the client escalated the research project to a full search. We approached and assessed candidates, presenting our client with a short list of candidates in Europe, Asia and Australia. The exercise resulted in an appointment being made within twelve weeks of the research mandate being awarded.
