In an era of globalisation, benchmarking against international leadership is a critical piece of the equation. External benchmarks are important. A business can only out-perform if it has high performing teams and a high performance culture.
Perform
Johnson employs a proprietary assessment model, LEAD3, which is used to assess your team members and put them on a path to higher performance. The aim is to elevate people performance in ways which will meet corporate objectives.
The LEAD3 framework involves sourcing information from stakeholder referencing; combined with psychometric testing; 360-degree feedback via the individual, their peers, subordinates and managers; as well as consultation with internal and external parties.
